Answer: Our lenders are used to working with clients who have credit
problems and this history should not preclude you from moving forward. In

How can I be assured that I will

Answer: If you are looking for a 100% guarantee that you will be approved,
it is likely that your expectations are too high. Lenders look at many

What if I don't get the loan, is
my fee refunded?

event that you do not get approved or that the loan offered to you is not

the amount you ask for, it is just a suggestion to improve the possibility

Answer: Pre Qualify means that we look at the information you provide us and
make a determination, based upon our years of expertise, as to your chances
of getting the loan you desire. We base this on the information you provide,
we do not do a credit check or investigate what you tell us, we just take
your word for it.

Answer: It is to your advantage to pre-qualify for a loan before
actually applying. By pre-qualifying for a given loan amount, you can comfortably shop for a
lender and loan you can afford. When you
Pre-Qualify, you are not actually applying for a loan and it is not the same
as a Pre-Approval. In a Pre-Approval, you go through all the steps of
